As an employer, you are obliged to take effective measures in the field of company emergency response. The way in which company emergency response is organised and the number of emergency response officers depends on the size of your organisation and the safety and health risks associated with the organisation. This is determined on the basis of the results of the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E). If the company appoints emergency response officers, it must be ensured that they have appropriate training and equipment to perform their tasks properly.

After this e-learning, you will know the general rules for emergency response. You will know what to do in the event of serious bleeding. You will know what measures to take in the event of fire and smoke development. You will know how to approach a source of the fire and how to use small fire extinguishers. In addition, you will gain knowledge about first aid in the event of accidents, evacuation plans, escape routes and aftercare after an evacuation.

Employees learn to recognise and/or prevent problems in a timely manner and in this way they can contribute to their own safety. This means that safety is no longer something that is exclusively the responsibility of employers or emergency services: safety is everyone’s business.

We also offer BHV in combination with practice. It is possible to use a risk scan to fill in the practical exercise with the aim of fully aligning it with the results of the RI&E.
