Bees have survived for millions of years by working together intensively. They work together not only inside the beehive, but also outside. Flowers cannot survive without bees and bees cannot survive without flowers. Bees work together in teams to ensure the well-being of the bee colony.
Connect
Working together promotes the end result. Not only for the bee, but also for people. Bees do this by sharing important information, such as where the nearest nectar can be found. By sharing knowledge, communicating well and putting the group’s interests first, the yield, in this case honey, is increased.
Inspire
Bees help each other survive the winter cold. They regulate the temperature in the beehive by taking turns sitting on the outside of the winter cluster and then rotating to warm up again in the warm core of the cluster. Surviving the winter by as many bees as possible is important for the survival of the colony.
The greater good
When several locations have been found, all depicted by a bee dance, the decision-making process starts. The final decision is made democratically. Bees can change their minds several times during the process, because the bee instinct is always open to an even better or more widely supported idea.
With our partners, we want to help each other improve, connect and inspire each other. Just like with the bees, it is about the greater good. By sharing knowledge, communicating well and putting the group interest first, the yield is increased. Moreover, we are always open to an even better or more widely supported idea.
