The Register Specialist Case Management (RSC) safeguards the quality of specialist guidance in the event of sickness absence and occupational disability. We do this on behalf of the 2,200 professional case managers who provide this guidance and on behalf of the social security risk managers who steer the frameworks within which this takes place.
The RSC has a knowledge platform and is developing work guides, positioning papers and more for case managers. The RSC would like the work guide to be digitally accessible to its participants. After an extensive intake and information exchange, 2Bskilled developed an e-work guide using videos and animations.

How do I make time for training?
Raams Montage is struggling to free up time among its employees and Self-employed persons to attend training on SCC. Raams Montage carries out assembly work in the construction industry. Its trainees are practical. They are required to do SCC re-exam.
The e-learning SOS-SCC can be followed at any time and at your own pace, simply from your mobile or tablet. You can start the training, follow a few parts and pick up where you left off the next time. You can also watch the practice tests and the mock exam. The students at Raams Montage were surprised by the 78% pass rate.

Temporary workers must possess SCC Basics.
Temporary workers going to work for client in the Netherlands must hold Basic SCC. Without this diploma, they will not enter the client’s premises.
To properly prepare temporary workers for the exam, they can already start the e-learning in their own language before coming to the Netherlands. However, the exam is taken in the Netherlands. This effectively handles the time that temporary workers are in the Netherlands and cannot start working because they do not yet have their SCC basics diploma.

Flexible knowledge transfer with online toolboxes
A company is SCC certified. Because its employees work at its customers’ sites, they need a flexible and online way of transferring knowledge. They also need to meet the requirements of the SCC standard and organise monthly toolbox meetings.
By offering the toolboxes online in combination with a knowledge test, all operational employees have easy access to them. Results are demonstrably recorded and employees receive a certificate of participation.
